Boat weight for racing kayaks and canoes - 125 g. The weights can be stacked and bolted to the bottom rail with an M6 screw.
You can supplement with a nut or buy ready-made weight packages.
For sprint regattas, kayaks must weigh 12 kg (K1), 16 kg (K2) and 30 kg (K4). For the marathon apply 8 kg (K1) and 12 kg (K2).
