Technical training One hour of technique training divided into about 45 minutes on the water and 15 minutes on land. You bring your own canoe or surfski and your own paddle. If you want longer technique training, it is best to split it into several sessions to improve the learning effect. A maximum of two sessions per day is recommended. The technique training takes place at our facility in Bengtsfors. We have direct access to the water with our own jetty. There are changing rooms and showers. Location and directions can be found here. If you book well in advance, you don't need to worry about the weather. You can reschedule, but please do so at least two days in advance. With us you stay in fresh rooms, with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. The lakes offer varied training sessions with routes that can be easily adapted to the weather. After your workout, you can relax in the waterfront garden in a peaceful setting close to nature. In the evening you can use our barbecue area down by the lake, with a fireplace and one of Dalsland's most beautiful views. When you stay with us, you have free access to our gym - directly in the house. The gym is equipped for canoeists - with bench pulls, bench press, paddle machine and area for joint training of about 8 people. We have accommodation for up to 9 people, divided into a 3-room apartment and an apartment for 2 people. All rooms have comfortable beds and TV.
