Mocke Paddle Gear was founded by two world champion surf ski paddlers from Fish Hook, South Africa. Their idea was that each product should meet safety requirements without sacrificing performance. Mockes paddle wear is just what you need to complete your collection of workout clothes. You have a choice of two different caps (sunshield only or baseball cap), all available in different colors to keep your head protected from the sun and water all day long. There are also lightweight, safe life jackets for racing and surfski paddling. The jacket is perfect for any type of training, whether it's a long day on the water or a casual race with some friends. Its lightweight material is perfect for full range of motion and is designed specifically for surfski paddlers.
If you want to return an item, please use our online returns portal. With us, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The item must be in new condition. New condition means that the item is unused and undamaged. Please also return the accompanying packaging & labels. You can choose between:
- refund (or crediting of the invoice)
- conversion to a gift card
- exchange of the product
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized for a specific customer (e.g. canoe orders where the canoe is produced according to the customer's specifications). However, the right of withdrawal applies to products that we customize for the customer but where variants can be selected in the online store (eg assembly of wing paddles). We offer free return shipping within Sweden.
For return shipments, we currently charge a freight fee of €8 for shipments up to parcel size. In the case of special goods (items that cannot be sent as a parcel) and company orders, the customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
