The nut fits for Nelo boat weights. You can also buy ready-made weight packages.
For sprint competitions, the kayaks must weigh 12 kg (K1), 16 kg (K2) & 30 kg (K4). For marathons, 8 kg (K1) & 12 kg (K2) apply.
