Mocke Paddle Gear was founded by two world champion surf ski paddlers from Fish Hook, South Africa. Their idea was that each product should meet safety requirements without sacrificing performance. If you want to return an item, please use our online returns portal. With us, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The item must be in new condition. New condition means that the item is unused and undamaged. Please also return the accompanying packaging & labels. You can choose between:
- refund (or crediting of the invoice)
- conversion to a gift card
- exchange of the product
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized for a specific customer (e.g. canoe orders where the canoe is produced according to the customer's specifications). However, the right of withdrawal applies to products that we customize for the customer but where variants can be selected in the online store (eg assembly of wing paddles). We offer free return shipping within Sweden.
